Ticket Terms & Conditions:

The purchase, possession, or use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions by the ticket holder (“Holder”):

Admission & Venue Policies:
Admission to the event is subject to compliance with all venue rules, applicable laws, and instructions from event staff and security personnel. Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission or remove any person without refund for disorderly conduct, intoxication, harassment, illegal activity, unsafe behavior, or violation of venue policies.
Assumption of Risk
Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at the event, including without limitation risks of personal injury, illness, property damage, hearing damage, crowd-related incidents, or death arising before, during, or after the event, whether occurring inside or outside the venue. Holder releases the event organizers, promoters, performers, venue owners, staff, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any related claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Hearing protection is strongly recommended due to elevated sound levels typical of live amplified music performances.
Lineup & Schedule Changes
Event date, start time, supporting acts, performance order, and advertised lineup are subject to change without notice. No refund shall be owed due to changes in performers, set lengths, schedule adjustments, or substitutions.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits shall be issued except in the event of a full event cancellation as determined solely by the organizer. Service fees and processing charges may be nonrefundable.
Cancellation & Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification of the event resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, public health concerns, labor disputes, government orders, venue issues, power outages, equipment failure, or artist cancellation.
Ticket Validity
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, counterfeit, or revoked without refund. Duplicate or copied tickets will not be honored. Re-entry policies are subject to venue discretion.
Photography & Recording Consent
By entering the venue, Holder grants permission to the organizer and its designees to photograph, film, livestream, and record Holder’s likeness, image, voice, and appearance in connection with the event for any promotional, archival, commercial, or editorial purpose in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or approval rights.
Searches & Prohibited Items
Entry is conditioned upon consent to reasonable security screening of persons and belongings. Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, professional recording equipment, fireworks, laser devices, and other prohibited items are not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer’s total liability arising out of or relating to the event or ticket shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased.
Compliance With Laws
Holder agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, venue policies, posted notices, and instructions from venue or event personnel.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
